For Day Events: Each station will last 25 minutes.
For Weekend Retreats: Duration can be extended based on the schedule.

Introduction
Upon bus arrival, participants will proceed to the registration desk. Here, they're not just getting checked in; they're stepping into a space of learning and empowerment. We'll brief them on our safety protocols to ensure that every individual can freely and confidently participate in the activities, knowing they're in a secure environment.

Ice Breaker
Connection is at the core of our mission. Our trained staff will lead an ice-breaking session, weaving in themes of self-sufficiency and teamwork. Through light conversations and bonding exercises, participants will not only get to know each other better but also recognize the strength in collaboration.

Acclimation With Nature
Nature is a profound teacher. Before diving into hands-on activities, participants will immerse themselves in stretching, breathing, and mindfulness exercises. This helps them connect with the natural world around them, highlighting the importance of conservation and nurturing a sense of responsibility towards preserving it.
